The BJNC series busbar conductor uses 6mm thick TMY copper bars, coated with a layer of polyester film and a layer of ceramicized refractory composite tape as the insulation layer. It is placed in the first layer of shell made of A3 cold-rolled plate 62.0 material, fixed by rivets, wrapped with two layers of 15mm thick zirconium blankets around the first layer of shell, then laid with 25mm fiber board, and finally placed in the second layer of shell. The BJNC series busbar trunking is a single row busbar with a maximum specification of 3200A.
